Sailpeak unveils their second benchmark on retail banking websites.

Focused on France, Belgium Netherlands, Germany, Italy, and Spain we analysed the non-authenticated (public) sections of websites. Banking websites remain, and will continue to be, a crucial channel for customer acquisition.

Sailpeak’s comprehensive study assessed over 1000+ web pages from 43 banks using more than 1400+ data points to measure aspects like Discoverability, Product Acquisition,Availability, Functionalities, Accessibility, and User Experience using data retrieval automation algorithms and a framework developed in-house by the Sailpeak Research Center.
