🤖 About the Role 

We are seeking a Data Analyst with 3-5 years of experience, particularly in AI-related projects, to join our growing team and will work on challenging and impactful projects across our banking and financial services clients, contributing to internal initiatives focused on AI solutions to expand the company’s offerings

📊 You will:

• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality 
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support decision-making processes 
• Conduct advanced statistical analyses and predictive modeling to support business objective
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support 
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to provide actionable insight 
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with data governance standard

📊 You bring to the table:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, and Python, or with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accurately
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with machine learning models and their application in data analysis is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for data-driven improvement.

🗣️ Language Skills

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French and/or Dutch is a plus.

🤹 Language Skills

• Experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies is advantageous.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Passion for growth, building, and continuous learning, especially regarding developments within AI and Data science.
