🤖 About the Role 

We are looking for an Adobe Campaigns Marketing Expert with 5 years of experience, working on marketing automation to join our growing team.

You will be working on some of the most challenging and impactful projects across our banking and financial services clients. You will contribute to designing customer journeys and workflows, as well as automation with marketing managers.

📊 You will:

• Create complex customer journeys and workflow in Adobe Campaign
• Fix issues in Adobe Campaign, logged by the business users
• Customize current tooling based on business needs
• Share your expertise with other marketing managers across the business to support the transition and learning of Adobe Campaign
• Create APIs in Adobe to integrate other distributed applications

📊 You bring to the table:

• 5 years of experience with Adobe Campaign
• Designed workflow and customer journeys within Banking or FinTech
• Independence and ability to plan your own work based on project requirements 
• Strategic thinking around aligning the current user journeys and workflows
• Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams

🗣️ Language Skills

Fluency in English, French, and/or Dutch

‍

🤹 Other Skills

• Experience with Scrum or Agile methods is a great plus for us.
• We are looking for proactive problem-solvers
• You’ll be working independently & autonomously
• Passion for growing, building, and continuous learning, especially around the developments within AI and Data Science
