🤖 About the Role

We are looking for a UX Concept Designer with 3-5 years of experience, working on AI-related projects to join our growing team.

You will be working on some of the most challenging and impactful projects across our banking and financial services clients. You will contribute to internal initiatives and products focused around AI solutions to expand the company’s offering.

📊 You will:

• Develop conceptual dashboards for banking products with a focus on AI
• Vision & Design and Implement the MVP
• Assess current user flows to align with new conceptual expectations
• Collaborate with the UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders

📊 You bring to the table:

• 3-5 years of experience as a UX Concept Designer
• Designed and developed products across Banking or FinTech
• Strategic thinking around aligning the current user flows and the expected conceptual frameworks
• Strong understanding of effective typography, composition, color science, and current design trends.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing.

🗣️ Language Skills

Fluency in English, French and/or Dutch

🤹 Other Skills

• Experience with Scrum or Agile methods is a great plus for us.
• We are looking for proactive problem-solvers
• You’ll be working independently & autonomously
• Passion for growing, building and continuous learning, especially around the developments within AI and Data Science
