Our client, a prominent financial institution in Belgium, was seeking to significantly enhance its website's performance and boost the conversion rates across all product pages, from Payment Accounts to Consumer Credits. We examined the user behaviour, performance trends, and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and better understand the customer journey on the site.

Grouping CTAs by Business Goals: To ensure that the website aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives, we grouped CTAs by their relevant goals for the customer like “Transact”, “Simulate”, “Book an appointment”, “Login”, “Contact”, “Find a branch”, etc. This process involved defining key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to each business unit, ensuring that each product page had measurable goals that aligned with the bank's broader objectives.
  5. Planning and Delivering Recommendations: Based on our analysis and research, we developed a set of strategic recommendations aimed at enhancing the conversion rates and overall effectiveness of the website platform. These recommendations were tailored to each business unit, ensuring that each section of the website was optimised for both performance and user experience.
